To support our ambitious growth and ensure seamless delivery of critical medicines, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to join our team.

The Role

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing an agile, efficient, and sustainable supply chain strategy. You will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring the timely delivery of products to patients while maintaining compliance with global regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s global supply chain strategy in alignment with business goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing supply chain team, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management professionals.
Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including production planning, supplier management, distribution, and warehousing.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry standards, including GMP and GDP, across all supply chain activities.
Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and commercial teams to align supply chain activities with product development and market demands.
Sustainability: Champion sustainable supply chain practices and implement eco-friendly initiatives across the value chain.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Education:
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MSc or equivalent preferred).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain regulations and global standards (e.g., GMP, GDP).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in English is essential, German is strongly preferred
