Supply Chain Performance Specialist

We are supporting a leading global Biotech firm as they expand their Supply Chain organisation. This particular position fits within the Supply Chain Performance & Finance team, based out of the wider Frankfurt metro area.

Responsibilities include:

- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain performance by identifying and solving existing bottlenecks
- Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs
- Leading monthly KPI review meetings
- Identify and develop plans to mitigate risks
- Support Supply Chain finance team with end-of-month closing processes

Requirements:

- 3-5 years' experience in the Supply Chain/Logistics field
- Previous experience in a Pharma/Biotech environment preferred
- Fluent English and German (minimum B2 both)
- Experience monitoring and improving Supply Chain performance
- Project management experience
- Expertise with MS Office, PowerBI, Tableau
