An exciting opportunity is available for a German-speaking Manufacturing Operator to join a leading biotechnology company at their state-of-the-art production facility in Mainz.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Ensure adherence to production and safety protocols while meeting production targets.
Monitor and document production processes, performing routine quality control checks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
A BTA/CTA or equivalent degree, or previous experience in manufacturing or production in a regulated environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality standards.
