Supply Chain Manager

This is a dynamic Supply Chain Management position where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers and products throughout their lifecycle. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will drive improvement projects throughout the Procurement and Supply Chain process. The role is ideal for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with previous exposure to Procurement who would like to develop this aspect of their professional skillset in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your responsibilities

- Drive optimisation and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain process
- Cooperate with and manage local and international partners (Contract Manufacturers and service providers)
- Negotiate price and contracts with external stakeholders
- Analyse and act upon opportunities for cost reduction
- Analyse and work on development of the wider supplier network management
- Develop production, raw materials, and capacity planning in coordination with Sales and suppliers
- Work closely with relevant parties to avoid and resolve critical bottlenecks in ongoing supply

Your profile

- Completed university studies in the area of Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics; or comparable degree
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the Life Science space
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills, demonstrated through previous experience in Procurement or adjacent areas
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, German language preferred
