We are supporting a global client in their search for a Supply Planner based out of their Global HQ in the Frankfurt area. This is a key position in their Pharma business unit, and a great chance for someone to take a step into a truly global organisation with excellent career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, optimise and manage global Supply Chain activities across the Business Unit production network
- Support the development of Supply Chain strategies for the Business Unit
- Lead and support global Supply Chain projects (including international product transfers, container switches, supplier qualification)
- Coordinate global supply capacity increase projects as needed
- Provide support to Production sites during crisis situations
- Act as escalation point in case of Supply interruptions
- Act as key contact for relevant regional production units on supply-related topics
Your profile:
- 5+ years' experience within Supply Chain management, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or wider Life Sciences space
- Experience working in a global Supply Chain environment
- Successfully completed university degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and German language, written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP (IBP, APO, PP, MM) or other planning software
