Supply Chain Performance Lead

We are supporting a global leader in the Pharmaceutical space as they expand operations in their Global Supply Planning team. This position is key to driving continuous improvement in the department as the company drives to develop a best-in-class Supply Planning organisation.

Responsibilities:

Track and ensure process standards are applied (e.g., Site Supply Review, Performance review, Cluster Supply Review, ...)
Prepare slide decks for key meetings of monthly cycle in collaboration with supply planner site, Supply Planner Network and Supply Planning Manager
Lead Cross-Site Monthly Performance Review
Drive continuous improvements (e.g. templates) together with SC Performance & SR Leads from other Business Units
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the performance of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing supply chain performance of a given BU
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain

Your Profile

Extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within the biopharma industry. You have a proven record of managing performance reviews and driving supply chain improvements at a global level
You excel in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key performance indicators, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications such as APICS are highly advantageous
Fluency in English is essential for this role, given the global nature of the responsibilities. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders and regions.
