With a background in recruitment, business development, and talent development, Abir brings a unique perspective to her role at Discover International. She first joined the company as a Senior Consultant, specializing in recruitment and business development within the pharmaceutical industry. After successfully building and leading her own team—training and developing consultants to achieve high performance—Abir transitioned into her current role as Learning & Development Manager, focusing exclusively on talent growth.
Today, Abir designs and delivers programs that accelerate consultant development and align with Discover’s long-term business goals. Her core focus areas include sales training, onboarding, leadership development, and performance coaching, delivered through an interactive and motivational approach that blends technical and soft skills.
Driven by a passion for helping individuals unlock their potential, Abir runs the Discover Academy, overseeing sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and developing consultants into full 360 recruitment roles. Her hands-on experience as a successful sales consultant gives her credibility and empathy, enabling her to create training that resonates with real-world challenges.
Abir’s philosophy is simple: play to people’s strengths—identify what individuals excel at naturally and leverage those strengths to drive performance. Through her programs, she aims to:
