Together with my Co-Founder Steve McBride and our outstanding leadership team and colleagues, we have grown Discover International into a global healthcare and life sciences recruitment firm defined by high standards, integrity, solution-focused thinking, and genuine care for people.
I entered recruitment in 2008 after an early career in sales, and quickly discovered a passion and aptitude for the industry. In my first year, within a company of over 300 recruiters, I became the top biller company-wide, a position I maintained year after year while moving into leadership. Since then, I’ve led top-performing teams, developed multiple million-dollar billers, and supported the growth of high-impact managers and leaders running significant P&Ls.
My career has taken me across the world, having lived and worked in the UK, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, and now the USA. Early recruitment roles focused on the Dutch, Danish, and German markets before expanding across Europe and eventually globally. My teams and I have recruited for clients on every continent bar Antarctica, giving me deep experience across cultures, markets, and organizational structures. Today, I’m primarily based in the US at our Miami location, while spending regular time in our global offices, especially in Europe.

A Personal Commitment to Life Sciences
My passion for the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector runs deep. The work our clients and candidates do - developing groundbreaking therapies, technologies, and medical advancements – impacts and changes lives.
My own family is a direct beneficiary of these innovations: my wife lives with Type 1 diabetes and uses the Dexcom G7, and my son was born with severe hearing loss and now thrives with a cochlear implant from MED-EL, supported by the incredible audiology team at UHealth and the University of Miami Health System.
We are especially proud to help our clients find their most important resource: exceptional people who shape companies and positively impact the lives of individuals and families living with illness and disease. Being able to play even a small part in connecting the incredible people and amazing organizations who make these innovations possible is something we are very grateful for.
