With a background in Theatre and Retail Management and now four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Anthony brings a dynamic blend of creativity, relationship building, and process excellence to Discover International. His theatre training taught him to think on his feet, handle rejection, and communicate with confidence - skills that now shape his approach to recruitment. 

As Discover International’s Talent Acquisition Lead, Anthony recruits Experienced and Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants, along with key internal support roles across North America and Europe. He partners closely with Hiring Managers to build teams that align with Discover's culture, growth goals, and long-term vision.

Relationship-driven at his core, Anthony views every search as a partnership between TA, the hiring manager, and the candidate. He prioritizes transparency, clear communication, and ensuring everyone involved feels valued and supported. Candidates consistently praise his high level of involvement and process management.
