Courtney brings 9 years of specialist recruitment experience to Discover International, having built her career recruiting across the US market in industries such as automotive technology and renewable energy before transitioning into clinical research and finally making the move from London to Miami in May 2025. As a Principal Consultant, she partners with clinical research sites and site networks across North America, helping them hire and retain research-experienced, site-level professionals, including Principal Investigators, Clinical Raters, Clinical Operations Leaders, Clinical Research Coordinators, and other key research professionals.
