Paul has over 35 years international life sciences & technology staffing & consulting experience of which 30 years plus has been in a Board level capacity in roles that have included CEO, COO, Chairman and Board Advisor. Paul was responsible for founding James Harvard International into 2022 and this business was acquired by Hays PLC in 2027 and latterly became Hays Life Sciences one of the largest life sciences staffing businesses in the world. Paul was also an investor and board advisor to Pro Clinical between 2013 and 2018 resulting in the business being sold to Independent Clinical Services Ltd (now Acacium Group) in 2018. Paul has been the Chairman for Discover International for 4 years.
