Eddie Garcia brings seven years of life sciences recruitment experience to Discover International, combining his Six Sigma Green Belt background with a passion for building high-performing project teams. Specializing in CMC and Technical Operations, he supports biotech, pharma, and CDMO clients across the Mid-Atlantic region—particularly during tech transfers, PPQ campaigns, and IND/BLA/NDA submission readiness.

Eddie is known for his consultative, solutions-driven approach, often stepping in when organizations face turnover, backfills, or urgent project gaps. His ability to design cost-effective resource models—spanning temp, contract-to-perm, direct hire, and FSP—consistently helps clients stay on track with critical deliverables.
