Independent Project Manager (Operational)
12 months contract, part-time, and on a remote basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain integrated program timeline (Gantt chart) which includes all activities, dependencies, resources, accountabilities, and milestones related to clinical trials. Review and translate existing plans into more comprehensive program plans.
o Plan, coordinate, and track cross-functional activities for the program. Drive timelines to keep program on schedule.
o Proactively identify and resolve challenges within the program team.
o Conduct continuous review and analysis of critical path activities. Communicate any perceived risks to budget or timeline to the management timer.
o Work with the program lead to facilitate cross-functional program meetings, distribute agendas, maintain meeting minutes, and drives follow-up toward completion of action items.
