Project Engineer TGA

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join multinational pharmaceutical company in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HVAC systems that meet stringent regulatory standards and ensure optimal environmental conditions for pharmaceutical manufacturing and research facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HVAC systems tailored to pharmaceutical environments, ensuring compliance with GMP standards
Maintain precise temperature and humidity levels to ensure product stability and prevent contamination
Maintain cleanroom standards and minimize contamination risks
Manage pressure hierarchies to prevent cross-contamination between different zones
Conduct Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) to ensure HVAC systems meet regulatory requirements
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensure continuous operation and compliance
Maintain detailed records of system designs, validations, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance and facilitate audits


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in HVAC system design, implementation, and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good knowledge of German and English language.
